SC Forensics team took 4th place over all

Individual Scores

Gage Casey- 5th place in Informative

Carl Minnix- 3rd place in Original Oration

Jordan Snow- 5th place in Serious Solo

Ashlee Sauer- 1st place in Informative

Kaitlyn Thornburg- 2nd place in Poetry

Congrats to the SCHS FFA Public Speaking Team for their 2nd place finish in Garden City yesterday.

In the Jr Division; Jamie Flower was 12th, Trevor Graff placed 10th, Caleb Roemer placed 7th, Chris Davis 5th, and Carl Minnix 4th.

In the Sr. Division, Anna Yeager placed 3rd, and in the Extemporaneous Division, Kiesha Scott placed 3rd, and Austin Davis was 1st.

Also, the above mentioned group participated in the Ag Sales Competition. In the event, each contestant takes a 50 question written test, makes a 7 minute sales presentation, and does one of the the following practicum’s; Customer relations (Angry Customer) or Phone order taking.

SCHS placed 1st as a team, and individually, overall with top honors went to Kiesha Scott, Austin Davis placed 3rd, Logan Flower was 5th, and Carl Minnix placed 10th
